Its the last day of 2009! This sucks. But 2009 has been a really eventful year.

First year in senior high. Got into 5c36, and they're a bunch of fun people. I'm glad to have them as my friends :)

2009 threw up alot of firsts for me. First time watching a premier league team live (disappointingly liverpool), first time i did ten year series, first time i got stitches for an injury, first time i cried cos of football, first time i spoke the F-word in front of my family, first time i baked cookies... etc. Many more i left out, cos i cant rmb everything hahaha but really this year has been life changing. I'm lucky to have been able to experience all these and i thank everyone that has made my year such a wonderful one!

Its also been a terrible year in terms of losses... First is something rather minor, but to me these hurt alot, which are Man United's various losses, including the ones against Barcelona in the champions league final, as well as the matches against liverpool. But especially, the loss of Cristiano Ronaldo dos Santos Aveiro to Real Madrid. Man United just isnt the same without him :( Rooney's doing really well even so! Go united, fantastic victory over Wigan.

There has also been terrible losses to the music world... firstly the one that devastated the world, the passing of Michael Jackson. I grew up with his songs and loved them, and its really a pity. One that has affected me much more personally is the death of Avenged Sevenfold drummer, James "The Rev" Sullivan. When i first saw the news that he passed away i couldn't believe it. The most musically talented member of Avenged Sevenfold, lost to the world, passing in his sleep. Fans all over the world will remember you forever. Thankfully i was able to attend the A7X concert in Singapore last year.

On a happier note, Boys Like Girls, Muse and PARAMORE are coming to Singapore next year, in Jan feb and March respectively! I really want to go for all three, however my financial situation is such that i am only able to go for one hahaha. Maybe i'll get lucky and somehow win the tickets to the concerts. Shall start being nice to everyone from now on!

NEW YEAR'S RESOLUTIONS! Did i make any last year? I can't rmb if i did. Oh, i did! I looked through my blog archive and found them hahha. I realised i did alot of new things in 2008 as well! For this year, my resolutions will be...

1. Lose weight!
Yet again, this is top of my list. I'm sure this time i'll succeed! Have to control my diet, sigh. For football!

2. Become hardworking
This is starting to look familiar. Same as last year, but this time, there's A levels! really need to work hardddd

3. Make SH orientation 2010 an unforgettable one for the incoming year fives! Hope i can really do as much for them as Ben and Rebecca did for us this year, regardless of who my partner is :)

4. Beat "zhulian" at FIFA!
This is actually right on top of my wishlist, but i think it really shouldn't matter as much. lol

5. Win one FIFA tournament
In conjunction with number 4, but this has a few. The one i most want to win is definitely the interschool league, cos its my last chance!

Well, 5 is enough. Really hope i can achieve at least 3 things from the above list!
